Tour Overview

We are pleased to present you with the information page for the Santa Margarita High School Basketball tour to London, England in August 2023.

The tour will offer the players high-level games against UK opposition and the opportunity to take part in team practice sessions.

Cultural and leisure activities will educate and build unity between teammates and coaches, delicious food throughout the tour will add to creating an experience of a lifetime and the hotel accommodation will be located near the city center with direct transport links into central London.

This tour package includes:
  • management of all pre-tour administration and communications
  • round-trip tickets from Los Angeles to London
  • airport transfers and in-tour transport in London
  • 10 days / 9 nights in a London hotel
  • all breakfast, lunch and dinners
  • 4 team practices and 4 games against high-level UK opposition
  • sightseeing experiences at London's iconic landmarks such as Buckingham Palace, Big Ben, the London Eye and more
  • a Premier League football (soccer) stadium tour

Accommodation

Your accommodation is provided by:
  • A London hotel with close access to key landmarks and transport links, including the tube (London's subway)
The price is based on shared accommodation in double occupancy or family rooms (which have a double bed and sofa bed, sleeping three people). Single rooms can be requested at additional cost.

Payment Plan

The tour payment plan is as follows:
  • £650 deposit per person within 2 weeks of confirmation of booking
  • final balance 3 months before departure

Itinerary

The prospective itinerary includes 4 team practices and 4 games against high-level UK junior opposition.

Our tour offers several sightseeing experiences, including a private open top bus tour that visits world famous city sights such as Buckingham Palace, Big Ben and the London Eye, a street art tour featuring artwork by world-famous artists such as Banksy, and a cable car that takes in views from across the city.

We will also spend half a day on a Premier League Football (Soccer) stadium tour, enjoying the sights, sounds and culture of Europe's biggest and most prolific sport.

Our hotel location near the center of London allows for easily accessible opportunities on the London Underground to spend time in the city.

We will also spend time in Brighton, one of the UK's most culturally diverse cities based on the South Coast.
