At BTM we help guide you through the process of identifying your tour, gathering all the participants and doing the tour. The steps in the process are as follows:

Plan your tour

When you initiate an enquiry with us we assess your needs and discuss with you options to help you maximise your experience. We provide you quotes that will allow you to assess the financial viability.

Promote your Tour

Once you have decided on the tour format we help you promote the tour to your players, their parents and any financial backers. Our myBTM system provides them a web area with all relevant details, videos and images of the tour.

Finalise your booking

Once you are ready to book then we finalise the prices and our myBTM system allows players to register on the tour, provide any tour documents and pay their deposit. The organiser and BTM can monitor the progress of this process to ensure it runs smoothly. Once completed, flights, accommodation and all other activities are booked.

Pre Tour Planning

In the run in to the tour we will assist you providing information to your players. We will also provide information to you as an organiser that helps you manage the tour better and make it easier for you to enjoy it.

On Tour

Whilst on tour with BTM you will have a rep who will deal with all the activity suppliers, and be there to assist you with any issues, and to help maximise the experience for you and your players.
